During certain times in the evening, our parking lot gets temporarily busy, especially at the beginning of each month. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these brief periods. Feel free to park on the street and in the Liberty Hill Plaza lot next door.  Please do not block the way when dropping off or picking up your child. Enter our lot from the first drive way and exit at the second drive way.

All payments may be made at the front desk upon arrival. The business office is open during teaching hours for your convenience. If you need to speak with an instructor, please leave a message with the front desk person and they will see that the instructor gets your message. It is very hard for an instructor to leave class to consult with parents.

All tuition payments are due on or before the first class of each month. You can pay online via our parent portal, you may set up auto payment with your credit or debit card, or you may pay in person before the 28th of each month.

Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Please make every effort to have your child at every class. In the event you need to make up a class, please check with your child’s instructor for appropriate class times. We allow one make up per month.

Parents may observe all of our classes, every week, through our glass observation windows or on our television monitors depending on which room rotation we are using for that particular week. Observing your child during class will help you see what they are learning and make practicing at home easier.
