It is almost time to enroll for your Fall Dance and/or Tumbling class. We are confident that this is going to be our best year yet. We want to thank each of you for sticking by us during the last 3 months. We appreciate every prayer and positive thought that was given to us. You all reminded us of why we do what we do. We have the best families around! Online enrollment will open Monday, June 22. Please look over the attached schedule and email us with any questions. Enrollment must be done online through our parent portal or new family registration via our website. We ask that you use email to send questions but not to request the class that you would like. When you enroll, it will ask you to enter a credit card it you have not done so already. Entering a CC will not run your payment. We are asking that you go ahead and register but hold off on making a payment. We will run all the payments on August 1st. In the situation that new restrictions come out and we are forced to make adjustments to our fall schedule, we want to avoid having to issue mass refunds. Attached you will find our Fall schedule of class days and times. Here are a couple of reminders about the registration process and our classes in general.
Beginning this year (August 2020) all families will be enrolled in auto payment. We began this process last year for all new families and let our older families know that it would become mandatory for the 2020/2021 year. All the details are in the payment policy.
Please keep in mind that while we fully anticipate and hope that each of our classes fill to capacity, we may cancel or combine any class that has 4 or fewer students.
All age requirements for classes are based on the age of the child as of August 1st, 2020.
We have done a complete update to the class system in our dance program. If you are unsure which class or classes your child needs to enroll in please reach out to us and we will look at their teacher recommendations. Also, if your child is enrolled in a class that is too advanced or too easy for them we will reach out to you and make sure that they are placed in the proper class.
